Thirty days to change your mind

If your car does not live up to what you saw on our site, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and refund you in full to your original payment method. No restocking fee.

How it works

  1. Email us with your order number and a few photos of the car.
  2. We book a freight pickup at your address and send the packing instructions. Keep the crate; if it is gone we send a replacement crate.
  3. Your refund is issued within 5 business days of the car arriving back with us.

Conditions

  • The car must be returned complete and without crash damage. Normal use marks, tyre wear and a full tank or charge are fine.
  • Custom colour work requested outside the standard range is non-refundable, and this is confirmed with you in writing before we paint.
  • Add-ons such as the spare parts kit are refundable if unopened.

Warranty

Twelve months on frame, suspension, brakes, motor or engine, controller and battery from the date of delivery. Warranty parts ship free; we guide you through the replacement over email or video, or arrange a mobile technician where available. Wear items such as tyres, pads, belts, chains and bulbs are excluded but stocked at cost.

Transit damage

Damage noted on the delivery receipt is replaced at no cost, either the affected parts or the whole car, at our choice. Please photograph any damage before uncrating further.
