Track Your Order
Where is my car?
Every car is built after you order, so your order moves through two stages. Knowing which one you are in explains everything.
Stage 1: the build (the long part)
Plan on 6 to 9 weeks from the day you order to delivery. During this window the frame is welded, the body is laid and painted in your colour, the powertrain is fitted and the car is test-driven. You get an email when your car goes into paint, and photos of the finished car before it is crated.
There is no tracking number during this stage because nothing has shipped yet. That is normal, not a delay. Added the Priority build slot at checkout? Your car moves to the front of the queue, usually saving about two weeks.
Stage 2: freight
When your car is crated you receive a shipping confirmation with the carrier name, a PRO tracking number and a link. Freight moves differently from parcels:
- The carrier calls you to book a delivery window, usually 24 to 48 hours ahead. Please answer unknown numbers that week.
- Tracking updates at terminals, not hourly. A day or two without movement is normal on a cross-country run.
- On delivery, inspect the crate before signing and note any damage on the receipt. Damage noted there is covered in full.
