These terms apply to every order placed with Minicars International. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accept them.

Nature of the product

Our cars are half-scale tribute vehicles intended for use on private property only: driveways, private land, private tracks, event venues and similar. They are not street legal, not registered and not intended for public roads, sidewalks or bike paths anywhere in the United States. It is your responsibility to check and comply with local rules before use.

Age and safe use

Purchasers must be 18 or older. Drivers should be supervised by a sober adult where appropriate, wear a helmet, and operate the car on open, dry, obstacle-free surfaces. Read the safety sheet supplied with the car before the first drive. The electric build includes a speed limiter for new or younger drivers.

Trademarks

Our cars are original tribute designs inspired by classic automotive shapes. They carry no manufacturer badges, logos or trademarks and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any automobile manufacturer. Any manufacturer names used on this site are for descriptive reference only.

Orders and payment

Your build slot is confirmed when payment clears. Because each car is built to order, changes to powertrain or colour are accepted up to the point the car enters paint. Prices are in US dollars and include freight to the lower 48 states.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund before your car enters paint. After that, our 30-day return policy applies on delivery.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minicars International is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from misuse, use on public roads, unsupervised use by minors, modification of the vehicle, or failure to follow the supplied safety instructions.
